The "Omega Hat Furring Channel" is a specific type of metal framing component used in construction for attaching gypsum wallboard or other wall finishing materials. It is shaped like the Greek letter omega (Ω), with a horizontal section at the top and bottom connected by a vertical web.It is typically used in a wall application where it is necessary to provide a cavity to allow electrical or plumbing services. Galvanized lightweight steel sections to be used as furring channels for conventional drywall ceiling and wall lining systems.Deep dotting at the web allows for faster screwing times when cladding gypsum boards.

Applications:
Koka strut channel is commonly used for trapeze supports, cable tray supports, seismic bracing, ceiling grids, pipe support, conduit, duct ,racks,solar mounting,HAVC system and other general framing.

Koka strut is available in Pre-Galvanized (PG), Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG), Powed Coating(PC), Plain (PL), Green (GR), Zinc Dichromate (ZD), Stainless Steel (SS or ST) and Aluminum (EA). Solid. Punched holes are also available for ease of installation.
