Product Description

High alumina brick is a kind of neutral refractory with alumina
content above 48%. It is formed by shaping and calcining bauxite or
other raw materials with high alumina content. High thermal
stability and fire resistance above 1770 ℃. We bring forth high quality High Alumina Bricks, which is
manufactured to meet the requirements of neutral refractoriness
where safe working temperature is more than 1300 degree centigrade.
We offer high Alumina Bricks in different specifications as per
customer requirements.

Material	high alumina bauxite-Al2O3 content is 48%-85%
Temperature	Refractoriness is above 1770°C,Working temperature:1350°C -1650°C
Color	earthy yellow
Size	Standard sizing: 230 x 114 x 65 mm ,Special size and OEM Service also provide!
Shape	Straight Brick,special-shaped brick,checher brick,trapezoidal brick,Bricks with taper,arch brick,skew brick,ect.

Feature of High Alumina Bricks 1.High alumina bricks has properties of high refractoriness, high
strength, acid and washing erosion resistance, good thermal
stability and so on. 2.. Low bulk density, low thermal
conductivity, good thermal insulation performance. 3.High
compressive strength. 4. Refractory category allow direct contact
of fire, suitable ofr various atmosphere 5. Long service life, easy
operation.

Product Application

High alumina bricks are widely used in cement, glass building
materials, steel smelting, petrochemical and other industries.
1.Iron & steel making industry: Blast furnace,hot blast
stove,electric furnace,ladle,tundish,heating furnace,refining
furnace,reheating furnace,annealing furnace,cupola furnace.
2.Non-ferrous Metal industry:Smelting furnace,refining
furnace,reverberatory furnace,converter furnace. 3.Building
materials industry:Cement kiln,glass kiln,ceramic kiln,lime
kilns,kiln car,tunnel kiln. 4.Energy & Incineration:Coke
oven,circulating fluidized bed boiler,carbon roasting furnace,
incinerators. 5.Others:Petrochemical industry furnace. In addition,
high alumina bricks can also be processed into open hearth
regenerative grid bricks, socket bricks for pouring system, nozzle
bricks, etc. according to the requirements of industrial furnaces.
