How to Maintain This Chewable Soft Gel Capsule Machine

For your own safety, turn switch OFF, remove switch key and remove plug from power source before maintaining or lubricating your Chewable Soft Gel Capsule Machine!
In order to ensure the safety of electricity application, it is necessary to carry out periodic inspection of insulation resistance for components of electrical system and control circuit.
Each shift should check the amount of liquid paraffin oil in the machine body, feed pump and the tank at left side of Chewable Soft Gel Capsule Machine, and replenish it if required.
Each week replace the liquid paraffin oil in the machine body and feed pump, and clean the filter screen.
Each week remove the pill unit and clean it, then add adequate liquid paraffin oil and reassemble it.
During application, add adequate liquid paraffin oil timely to the hole at Chewable Soft Gel Capsule Machine head beam, to the gears at the top of machine head and to the drive shaft.

Generally, disassemble, check and clean all mechanical equipment once a year. Do not disassemble 24 feed tubes. Be very careful when disassembling and reassembling the drive system inside the machine head.
