Q. What can I do if I don’t have an artwork for our embroidery patch?
A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches’ artwork until getting your approval.
Q. Can you make a same embroidery patch which I bought from other companies in the past?
A. Yes, we can make the same patch based on the sample photo. If the patch is very important and quantity is big, then please send us the physical sample to us via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, so we can guarantee the quality.
Q. How many colors can you create in an embroidery patch?
A. For embroidery patch, we can create at most 16 colors; for woven patch, we can create at most 12 colors; for printed patch, there is no minimum color limited, we can print them based on the photo.
Q. How long will it take to get my embroidery patch?
A. We normally deliver embroidery patches& woven patches and woven labels within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is mainly based on the order quantity.
