LJCM2545 Automatic Vertical Edge Deleting Machine

Jinan LIJIANG Glass Automatic Vertical edge deleting machine
LJCM2545 is specialized for LOW-E glass film remover. It adopts
vertical structure and production line for easy connection. The
Low-E Glass edge deleting machine is simple and efficient. It
adopts imported servo control system for transmission, accurate
positioning and stable operation. Low-e glass film remover is
specialized for LOW-E glass film remover. It adopts vertical
structure and production line for easy connection.

Benefits & Advantages

1) The automatic machine is equipped with a full servo convey
system and Germany Simons control system. 2) It is capable of
removing the scalene film with one operation. The deleting width
for overlapped area is also adjustable 3) Manual operations are
available for each function, useful in debugging and maintenance.
4) It is equipped with a dust suction device to mitigate dust
pollution. 5) The input part and output part can be run
asynchronously, improving productivity. 6) The stripping speed is
adjustable (according to different film types and expected
stripping effect). 7) Six servo motor control system and an
adjustable linear dimension are supplied to guarantee a higher
accuracy for arc / shapes. 8) The vertical low-e edge deletion
machine can handle specially shaped glass panels, including the
glass panels with holes for point-supported glass curtain wall
system. 9) The stripping width tolerance is smaller than 1mm,the
stripping efficiency is >90% (for reference).

The Smooth Glue Surface

After applying glue, It will ensure that the corners of the glass
are full, without bubbles and other impurities, and the glue
surface is so smooth.

The High-precision Servo Control System

It adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo control system with clear wiring
layout to ensure stable overall performance of the equipment.

The Glass Coating

Automatically measure glass size, glue depth and glue speed through
linear adjustment to ensure the stability of insulating glass
coating quality.

Glue Pump A and Glue Pump B

Equipped with a single A component and a single B component, mixed
and glued. When applying glue, glue pump A and glue pump B are
automatically mixed to realize automatic proportioning.
