Product Advantages

The new servo-hydraulic energy-saving model for external curved clamping moulds is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1. The injection base adopts modular design, different matching types can be selected according to the injection volume. Adopting double-cylinder injection technology, the injection response is fast, the precision is high, and the products are long-lasting and durable.
2. New type of guide column injection base structure, no sagging of material tube, smooth and fast movement, high cleanliness.
3. Oil-free bearings are used in the moving parts of the platen and elbow joints, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and provides a cleaner production environment.
4. Adopting servo energy saving system can reduce energy consumption up to 70%. It also saves energy and reduces emissions, giving as much energy as needed, greatly reducing the waste of resources.
