1. Adopting automatic screw feeding, with reasonable second air
technology and half gasification structure helping fuel
combusting completely, the thermal efficiency can reach more than
90%. Stable flame, producing steam cautiously.
2. Primordial dust emissions density is low:The volume of the coal-fired steam boiler is large and there is a dust separation device, so the primordial dust emissions density will be controlled much lower than the standard allowed.
3. Control system: Installing microcomputer to operate with one-button, people just set the process, and it can work automatically during the operating time. Once any abnormal situation to happen, stopping automatically with sound-light alarm, and pointing to the failure code, so it saves time to maintain.
4. Our protected device is safe and reliable. Selecting superior pressure controller, safety valve, low water alarm, overpressure alarm, over-temperature alarm, in order to make boilers operate safely.
5. Heating fast:There are many spiral gas tubes in the boiler and almost half of the coal fired steam boiler shell can be heated, so the temperature can up soon.
6. It is simple to clean slag only after burning completing.

Transportation & Delivery
Normally we use 20 container, 40container or 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack container to load it. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea,Some by train.In order to ensure the customer get the product smoothly and safely,our company has cooperated with professional transportation team for the handing the land loading transport.
FAQ
1. How long is the guarantee period?
The guarantee period of the mechanical equipment and machines
supplied by Henan yuanda shall be twelve(12) months commencing from
commissioning date or 18 month from delivery time, whichever comes
earlier.
2. How about after-sale service?
When the guarantee period is finished, Henan Yuanda will provide
product technical consults for free, and provide spare parts with
favorable price.
3. Do you provide Supervision of Boiler Installation and
Commissioning Service?
Yes, Supervision of installation and commissioning the equipment
within delivery scope is available by our service team. But the
Buyer will be only in charge of:
1) The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.
2) Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at
the end-user’s site.
3) Necessary communication cost.
4) Service fee of Seller’s worker: USD 100/day/person, for the
entire period at the end-user’s site.
