New certification hydraulic oil process machine with high pressure
1. Hydraulic Oil Press machines are easy to operate, automatic
temperature and pressure control, least wearing and tearing, stable
in performance, perfectly suitable for extracting oil from the
heated sesame seed, walnut, and pine nut;
2. The Working principle: After heated and smoke removal, the
materials are pushed and compressed in the press chamber by the oil
cylinder assembly, at the same time, the electrical control system
cooperate with the hydraulic system, when the pressure gauge is up
to 60 Mpa, the electrical system stop working instantly, due to oil
flow down from the press chamber, the pressure begin to gradually
decrease, when the value of the press chamber pressure is down to
50 Mpa, the electrical system automatically start working , then
the pressure rise again till to 60 Mpa, so again and again,about
for 3-5 times, there are no oil flow down. Finally, power off the
motor, pick up the cake, enter the next press operation

1). The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee
period, the seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except
the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)
2). After receiving the inquiry for repairing the engineer of sell
party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will
go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily
salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets,
rooms and meals.
3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality
problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and
replace will be borne by sellers.
4). During guarantee period, the seller will provide service of
with compensation as follows:
(1)The damage caused by person and force majeure;
(2)The damage caused by improper operating;
(3)The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.
5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee
period.
