Double column structure
The shear structure adopts double column shearing structure, with
smooth cross section, no scrap, no burr, no collapse angle.
Six mould turret
The punching position uses six die turntable, without changing the
mold, reducing the frequent replacement of the die and the wrong
operation, reducing the damage rate of the die. The turntable is a
whole machining part, which ensures the absolute alignment of the
upper die and the lower die, improves the mold concentricity, and
the die life is greatly improved.
303E-1, bending unit is open design, the material is easy to take
out.
Double deck worktable
