XSG Series Chemical use Rotary Spin Flash Dryer for wet paste is designed by ourselves .The hot air enter into the dryer chamber
from the bottom of dryer host,its going into the dryer chamber by
inlet entrance.The rotor at the conical base of the drying chamber
fluidity product particles in a drying-efficient hot air flow
pattern in which any wet lumps are rapidly disintegrated. Using the
heat from the air stream, the material dries as it is conveyed.
Product is separated using cyclones, and/or bag filters. Typically,
cyclones are followed by scrubbers or bag filters for final
cleaning of the exhaust gases to meet current emission
requirements.
Airborne, fine particles pass through a classifier at the top of
the drying chamber, while larger particles remain in the air flow
for further drying and powdering.
Principle of work
Hot air, from the bottom of drier, enters drying chamber with stirring and crushing device at a suitable atomizing speed. It exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect to raw material. Therefore raw material is granulated through centrifuge, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengths the process of heat exchange. At the bottom of drier, the large and damp granules are crushed under the action of stirrer. While, granules that are small in particle and containing less moisture will be lifted accompanied with revolving air stream. During that period, it is dried further. Because the two phases gas and solid of flows in rotating, the inertia of solid phase is more than that of gas and the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is large, it strengthens the process of heat exchange. Therefore, the equipment has big drying capacity.
