Y83 Series Hydraulic Briquetting Press Machine
2. Product use
Y83 series crumb cake machine can cold-press powder and granular
cast iron scrap, aluminum scrap, copper scrap, short steel scrap
and other metal scrap into cylindrical cake block, density ≥5.5T /
m3 (without any binder). The cake can be directly used in the
furnace instead of pig iron. This equipment is equipped with a
quick cylinder, a flush valve, and a B-type machine with an
automatic feeding mechanism, so that it can be operated by a single
person. This equipment has a novel and unique structure and has won
a national patent.
3. Performance and advantages
1. This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, highly integrated
valve block, super large flow diameter, which makes the system less
pressure loss and good sealing performance.
2. The use of plug-in valves, electro-hydraulic proportional valves
and unique oil circuit design make the hydraulic system without
shortage. Even if the system works under long-term heavy load, the
system will not be incapable.
3. The system design pre-relief device completely eliminates
hydraulic shock.
4. Advanced fast device to ensure your shift output.
5. The electrical part adopts imported PLC automatic control
system, which has strong anti-interference ability and low failure
rate.
