In vibration isolation systems such as mechanical equipment, air
springs have the following characteristics
When designing, the spring height, bearing capacity, spring
constant, etc. are not related, and can be selected within a wide
range.
The stiffness of the air spring can be reduced by changing the
working pressure of the air and increasing the volume of the
additional air chamber to design a soft spring.
The stiffness of the air spring varies with the load, so the
vibration isolation effect of the system is similar to that of air.
With a high control system, the working height of the air spring is
maintained under any load, which is beneficial for engineering
applications.
When the equipment is installed on the equipment floor, on the roof
or on the ground, the requirements for the shock absorber are very
high, and the air spring damper should be used at this time.
The same air spring can have different load capacities by adjusting
the working pressure.
Air springs have excellent vibration isolation characteristics such
as high and low frequency vibration, impact, and solid sound.
The size of the damping can be adjusted by different damping tubes.
