Working Principle

The negative pressure generated by the fan make the dusty air to be sucked into the filter from sideway and down draft, and the airflow enters the diversion channel.

Then the large particle dusts directly falls into the dust collector drawer under the action of gravity after colliding with the deflector, while the fine particles enters into the cartridge filter chamber, the air pass through the cartridge from the outer surface of it, and the dust is blocked by the cartridge and absorbed on its surface.

When the blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the cartridge, the cartridge can be cleaned by a manual cleaner, or can be cleaned by pulse jet by air compressor. The cartridge can be used repeatedly after cleaning, the longest use time can reach 24 months, and the purified clean air is discharged to the surrounding.
