Advantages:
The equipment adopts IGBT series resonant circuit, which has
very good starting performance and completely solves the problem of
difficult starting of silicon controlled medium frequency.
The equipment hardly generates high harmonics and rarely pollutes
the network, while the transformer and switch do not generate heat

equipment in the factory.

IGBT series resonant medium frequency power supply is more energy
saving and power saving. 0.5 tons 300 kw medium frequency furnace
consumes about 650 degrees/ton, 0.75 tons-3 tons medium frequency
furnace consumes about 600 degrees/ton, which is about 28% more
energy saving than silicon controlled medium frequency furnace.
The product water circulation system adopts water-water exchange bellows exchanger: the inner circulation is distilled water, long-term use, each water circuit in the equipment is not scaled and not blocked, reducing failure and saving maintenance costs.
The product can always maintain constant power output in the
melting process, it is different from the silicon controlled
intermediate frequency power regulation mode, the silicon
controlled intermediate frequency is by adjusting the DC output
voltage, while the product is to adjust the frequency, it is not
affected by the amount of furnace material, maintain constant power
output in the whole melting process, especially when producing
stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other non-conducting
materials, it shows its superiority, fast melting speed, less burn
loss of furnace material elements, and better energy saving.
Energy-saving effect is better, reducing the casting cost.
