Our services include mold manufacturing, film loading and cutting, printing, molding, injection molding, inspection, packaging and shipping, and a complete set of IMD process services. We have two operating methods, one is semi manual and semi-automatic, and the other is fully automatic, which solve the vast majority of product production needs.

Our company was established in 2009 and has a history of 14 years by 2023. Its predecessor was to learn the technology of Japan and Germany, and then innovate higher quality products and services based on their foundation.

From the initial few machines and more than ten employees to the current over 500 employees and over 230 devices, rapid development has been achieved in just over a decade.

We operate in a dust-free workshop environment throughout the entire process based on the ISO9001 management system and the use of Japan's Daosheng Kafu's Amoba management methods.

 

In Mold Decoration (IMD) process flow:

1. Receive customer drawings, design mold drawings based on customer drawings, and create molds based on mold drawings. In general, three sets of molds will be made for the outer shape of the membrane, the edge cutting mold of the membrane, and the injection mold of the membrane

2. Sheet cutting: Cut the rolled membrane from the supplier into small pieces

3. Pre baking: Baking the membrane to release stress and facilitate subsequent printing

4. Printing: Screen printing or color printing of the membrane

5. Ink curing: Cure the printed ink to better cover the film and prevent it from falling off easily

6. Punching: Punching the diaphragm for positioning purposes

7. Slicing: Cut into better membranes, usually according to the size of one product

8. Membrane forming: The membrane is molded into the shape of the product through a molding mold and equipment, and is formed by hot pressing or high pressure

9. Edge cutting and material removal: After the membrane is formed, remove any excess membrane around it

10. In mold injection molding: Place the formed diaphragm into the mold cavity of the injection molding machine for injection molding

11. Water outlet: Remove excess plastic scraps

12. Inspection and packaging: Check one by one, and then package after passing the inspection

13. Shipping to customers

 

Product features:

 

1. Create textured and tactile patterns on the surface of PET membranes through molds

2. Using screen printing technology to print metal ink on the back of PET film

3. Dry the ink through the baking oven

4. Further progress will be made in the molding and injection molding processes

5. The surface of the product has a tactile feel, and the metal effect is significantly realistic, and it is not easy to scratch, and the color is not easy to fade

6. The button has a lifespan of up to a million times and can be displayed when on and not when off

7. The product material is PC fireproof, and customers can specify relevant materials

 

In Mold Decoration  process introduction:

In Mold Decoration(IMD): use PET film coated on the surface as the carrier to print ink pattern layer, adhesive and ink curing on the printing surface. Then it is heated and baked for hot pressing forming and trimming. Put the shaped PET film into the injection mold cavity through manual or mechanical hand to fill the plastic, and melt the adhesive to bond the PET film with the ink pattern layer to form a whole with the plastic under high temperature.
