UCC53X0 is a single -channel isolation grille drive series, which aims to drive MOSFET, IGBT, SIC MOSFET, and GAN FET (UCC5350SBD). UCC53X0s provides separate output, which can control the rise and decrease time respectively. UCC53X0M connects the grille of the transistor to the internal clamp to prevent the Miller current from fake connecting. UVLO2 of UCC53X0E is based on GND2 to obtain the real UVLO reading.
