ADuM140x Series, 2.5/3.0/3.75 kVrms Quad-Channel Isolators, Analog Devices The ADuM140x series are quad-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices iCoupler® technology. High-speed CMOS and monolithic air-core transformer technology provide excellent performance characteristics that outperform other products such as optocoupler devices. This family of isolators provides four independently isolated channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates, and all models operate on a supply voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5 V on either side, compatible with lower voltage systems and allowing voltage to be varied across the entire Isolation baffle conversion.
