Technology Application:

 

The new technology of dehydration with variable temperature and pressure(FTrPSA)is adopted, featuring in low energy consumption (each ton of ethanol products only consumes 0.1 ton od steam), High purity( the concentration of the ethanol products can exceed 99.995%) And high yield(The compared membrane separation method is of higher yield), And the dehydrated molecular sieve is the OEM designated by DAVY technology of UK, and the technology and devices are sold overseas.

 

Process discription

 

The decompression step is a process of gradually releasing pressure and vacuumizing the molecular sieve bed. The gradual and controlled decompression will effectively prevent the abrasion caused by the strong scouring of the molecular sieve by the air flow, effectively prolong the service life, and also reduce the instantaneous heat load and save the cooling water consumption. All adjusting time, valve position and step time can be adjusted by the control system. The regeneration tower enters the adsorption preparation stage, which is actually a process of boosting the bed pressure to the adsorption pressure. The control method of booster valve is the same as that of pressure reducing valve. In order to prevent the impact of rapid pressurization on the molecular sieve bed, the pressurization speed is adjusted by the pressurization regulating valve to achieve the best protection effect on the adsorbent.

 

The decompression step is completed within a certain period of time through the vacuum system, which involves the vacuum system and the corresponding system condenser. The decompression step plays an important role in the whole analysis process. The regeneration effect of molecular sieve bed will directly affect the quality of the product. Therefore, the decompression process is the key to the engineering design of the device.
