Technology Application:

Process principle
With the continuous entering of mixed gas into the adsorption bed, the enrichment area of each component changes constantly, the enrichment area of strong adsorption components gradually expands, and the "substitution effect" occurs. The enrichment area of weak adsorption components is occupied by the strong adsorption components and gradually decreases. The adsorption of ethanol (C2H5OH) is weak, and it flows out at the outlet of the adsorption bed. The rest of the components (organic matter) flow out from weak to strong, and we can get different concentrations of effluent by controlling the outflow time. The effluent obtained before H2O outflow is ethanol with high purity (C2H5OH), so that the separation and purification of ethanol (C2H5OH) can be realized. The adsorption of H2O was the strongest, and finally it flowed out. After H2O flows out, the enrichment area of H2O is almost full of the whole adsorption bed. By pressure releasing and vacuum extraction, the enriched H2O in the adsorption bed can be desorption and recovered, so that the separation of H2O from other gas components can be realized.
