Pushing each button is for each related action

The mode is mainly for press adjustment and mounting toolings

Two modes are shifted through switch, and press is controlled by both buttons and touch-screen.

 

 

  1. Press Description

 

Mechanical system

Steel wire winding type frame is finite element analyzed by computer for sufficient rigidity and stiffness.

 

Four guide rails are for the guiding of slider, strong resistance to unbalance loading

 

The lower surface of slider is with T-slots

 

Single oil cylinder is working cylinder. The cylinder is made from alloy steel

  
Hydraulic system

Drive: Motors, pumps

Control: Control valves, pressure valves, directional valves. filling device,

Auxiliary: Oil tank, cooling device, lubrication device, pipeline

Accessories: Flanges, connectors, gauges, filters

 

  • Oil tank is on the right side of the press
  • Cartridge valve is for main control of the hydraulic system
  • Over-loading protection and hydraulic loop is for the working safety

 

Constant power high pressure plunger pump is equipped

 

  • Slider stroke and hydraulic cushion stroke is accurately controlled
  • Pressure is measured by sensor
  • Pressure is adjusted by overflow valve
  • Pressure is displayed in the touch-screen
  • Pressure accuracy ±0.1MPa
  • Time for maintaining pressure is pre-set in the touch screen, range 0 to 99 seconds

 

Oil liquid level, oil temperature is real-time monitored and displayed, alarm is automatically sent in case of any failure.

 

Hydraulic pipes are anti-rust treated, and connected with flanges

 

 

 

 

 

Electrical System

The press is operated through an operational panel and a suspend operational table, they are inter-locked.

PLC + touch-screen display

Slider stroke, ejector stroke, working force can be set and displayed through touch-screen

 

General power switch and motor switches, protective switch is for the safety of system

 

Electrical cabinets are equipped with ventilation device and lighting device

 

The four angles of the press frame are installed with emergency stop buttons

 

Slider displacement is measured by displacement transducer, and measuring accuracy is ± 0.05mm

 

Travel switches for both upper limit position and lower limit position ensure safety in case of incorrect operation

  
Cooling System

Automatic cooling system

When oil temperature is over 45℃, cooling works

When oil temperature is over 60℃, press work stops, only cooling works

Individual plate type heat exchanger

  
Lubrication System

Individual forced circulating lubrication for the slider

It inter-locks with the slider, the press does not work if no startup of lubrication system

Alarm is automatically sent in case of shortage of lube

Lube volume and lubrication period is pre-set

  
Safety & Protection

Slider keep stationary at any stroke position in case of power failure. It is called support system

Over-loading protection for hydraulic system
