One of the main challenges in the upstream processes of the oil and
gas industry is to protect pipeline and process equipment against
waxes, scaling and asphalthane deposits. The engineering
disciplines involved in flow assurance play an essential part in
mapping the requirements that reduce or prevent loss of production
due to pipeline or process equipment blockage.
Coiled tubing from Meilong Tube is applied to umbilicals and
chemical injection systems play an effective role in chemical
storage and delivery at an optimizing flow assurance.

Meilong Tube manufactures corrosion resistant alloy hydraulic
control line tubing products for a variety of upstream oil and gas
and geothermal applications. We have extensive experience in producing coiled tubing from duplex,
nickel alloy and stainless steel grades to industry and
customer-specific requirements.
Finally, our surface-controlled subsurface safety valve (SCSSV)
provides a downhole safety valve that is operated from surface
facilities through a control line strapped to the external surface
of the production tubing. Two basic types of SCSSV are common:
wireline retrievable, whereby the principal safety-valve components
can be run and retrieved on slickline, and tubing retrievable, in
which the entire safety-valve assembly is installed with the tubing
string. The control system operates in a fail-safe mode, with
hydraulic control pressure used to hold open a ball or flapper
assembly that will close if the control pressure is lost.
Meilong Tube operates from a 20,000 square meters complex of buildings. To generate tubing, professional special-purpose tube mills designed and fabricated by Meilong Tube is adopted, which utilizes gas-tungsten arc and laser beam welding of strip stock to form the tubing. When manufacturing process limitations prevent welding, tubing is welded to a bigger outer diameter, then go through multi reduction and heat treatment operations to achieve the final size, with a cold working process, sinking, and a floating-plug operation. To make sure the tubing obtains specified mechanical and corrosion resistant properties, an off-mill furnace with a reducing atmosphere is used for heat-treatment.

We accept payment through T/T, L/C and can supply up to 150 metric tons per month. Our SS hydraulic tubing products have pressure rating of above 10000 Psi and are annealed. All our products are subjected to 100% length hydrostatic test and come with continuous length without orbital welds.
