Meilong Tube specializes in the manufacturing of high-grade
seamless, cold drawn and redrawn, and seam-welded and redrawn
coiled tubing. The materials used for production are austenitic, duplex, super
duplex stainless steel, and nickel alloy grades, allowing a high
degree of final product corrosion resistance.
The highest quality control is applied to ensure that the final
product meets the highest quality demands, and it is applied to
100% of products - which are used in a variety of applications,
such as hydraulic power control lines, chemical injection lines,
alloy tubing in umbilicals, and instrumentation tubing for offshore
oil and gas industry
The company is continuously innovating and developing products due
to their valve-added production chain. Meilong Tube has a wide
range of available sizes, ranging from outer diameter 0.125 inch
(3.175 millimeters) to 1 inch (25.4 millimeters), and wall
thickness up to 0.083 inch (2.108 millimeters). Lengths up to 65600
feet (20,000 meters) are available to provide cost-effective
production. Custom orders are also accepted.
One of the core materials that is used for production is Inconel
625. This material has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and
corrosion cracking. It is highly resistant both in organic and
mineral acids and has good high temperature strength. Excellent
mechanical properties are a guarantee at both extremely low and
extremely high temperatures, while some extra benefits include
almost complete freedom from chloride induced stress corrosion
cracking and resistance to oxidation up to 1050C.
The tubing coils have no interruption in the continuous length due
to the absence of orbital welds.
Each tubing coil goes through a hydrostatic test with a minimum
pressure of 10,150 psi. This test can be witnessed and monitored by
third party inspectors, such as SGS, BV or DNV, at the site.
Other tests that measure the material quality include eddy current
tests, chemicals, flattening, flaring, tensile, yield, elongation
and hardness.
It is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy with high strength and
excellent corrosion resistance.
