Product Description:


 

ZW20-12(F) boundary load switch is suitable for 10kV distribution lines with three-phase AC 50Hz.

It consists of the ZW20-12 outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker, sectionalizer controller, PDA handheld computer, and other components. Electrical connections are made through aviation plugs and outdoor sealed control cables.

It has fault detection, protection control, and communication functions. It can automatically separate the fault section and restore power to the healthy section in a very short time after a fault occurs. It also enables multi-functional monitoring, information querying of system equipment, online display of user information and maintenance status of the distribution system's geographic information system. It represents an advanced stage of computer-aided distribution automation

 

GW9-10 high voltage disconnect switch is a type of portable device used for isolating and grounding electrical distribution lines for maintenance, repair, or emergency purposes. It is a versatile tool that can be used in a variety of applications, including overhead distribution lines, substations, and industrial facilities.

The high voltage disconnect switch is designed to be operated by a single person, making it easy to use and maneuver. It consists of a telescoping fiberglass pole, which can be extended to reach the electrical equipment, and a set of interchangeable attachments, which allow the user to perform a variety of tasks, such as opening or closing switches and grounding lines.

The high voltage disconnect switch is designed to provide a visible break in the electrical circuit, which helps protect against accidental contact with energized equipment. It is also designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, such as high winds, rain, and snow, making it suitable for use in outdoor environments.

 
Double effect of using when GW9-10 series isolator swich can be used with the vacuum circuit breakers. 
 
 

Characteristics of the controller:


 

1. With 485 / 232 communication interface, or through optical fiber, wireless remote monitoring; Acceleration function after reclosing: when the switch is heavy

2. In case of permanent failure, automatic acceleration tripping;

3. Remote control / manual closing to accelerate the trip, and lock the recloser: the user repairs the line after the power, if forget to remove the grounding switch

Tripping should be accelerated;

3. Three reclosing delay time can be adjusted;

The trip-closing circuit adopts the design of anti-misoperation, and has the function of anti-tripping.

4. Zero-sequence current can distinguish in-region faults from out-of-region faults.

5. The remote control switch is designed to prevent misoperation.
