Product Description:
The ZW20-12(F) pole mounted circuit breaker is a type of three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage switchgear primarily designed for use in rural and urban 10 kV outdoor distribution networks. It serves to handle load current, overload current, short circuit current, and similar scenarios.
The circuit breaker features a three-phase common box structure, consisting of several components, including an operating mechanism, a conductive circuit, an insulating system, a sealing element, and a shell. These components work together to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the circuit breaker.
Additionally, the ZW20-12(F) breaker is equipped with intelligent remote terminals that support various distribution automation applications, allowing for enhanced control and monitoring capabilities.
Moreover, there is another variant of this circuit breaker called ZW20-12(Z), which is an outdoor intelligent high voltage AC true air breaker. It incorporates a GSM short message function, enabling communication via text messages.
Furthermore, the ZW20-12(F) breaker can be combined with a dividing switch controller to form an outdoor dividing high voltage AC true air breaker system. This combination enhances the functionality and versatility of the circuit breaker, providing more comprehensive control and protection capabilities.
The GW9 outdoor disconnector switch is a new type of disconnecting switch designed and manufactured by synthesizing the domestic experience of existing disconnecting switch production and foreign advanced technology.
The disconnector switch is composed of base, pillar insulator, conductive part and organ part. It has the advantages of simple structure, less maintenance, high level of disconnection, high reliability, etc. It reaches the level of similar products at home and abroad.
Moreover, there is another type of disconnecting switch called GW9-12(W), with single-stage structure is suitable for power system with frequency 50Hz and line voltage 10kv.
It is suitable for use in power systems with a frequency of 50Hz and a line voltage of 10kv, and is used for closing and dividing lines when there is voltage and no load, and the antifouling isolating switches can meet the requirements of users in heavily fouled areas, and can effectively solve the problem of fouling flash that occurs when the isolating switches are in operation.

Characteristics of the controller:
1.It can be equipped with a 485/232 communication interface, or achieve long-distance monitoring through fiber optics or wireless communication. After reclosing, it has an acceleration function: when the switch recloses due to a permanent fault.
2.When a permanent fault occurs, it automatically accelerates to trip.
3.Remote control/manual reclosing with acceleration to trip, and reclosing interlock: After the user repairs the line and restores power, if they forget to remove the grounding knife switch, it should accelerate to trip.
4.The delay time for reclosing can be adjusted for all three attempts.
5.The trip/reclosing circuit is designed to prevent false operation and has anti-reclosing functionality.
6.Zero-sequence current can differentiate between faults inside and outside the zone.
7.The remote control trip/reclosing adopts a design to prevent false operation.
