Energy-saving roller press (mill) is a

for fine crushing of hard materials with compressive strength less
than 300Mpa and humidity less than 30%, and can be widely used in
the industries of cement, mining, metallurgy, ceramics, etc. It has

The energy-saving roller/grinding mill
is equipped with two solid grinding rollers, and the roller surface
adopts surfacing roller surface and hard alloy stud roller surface,
which is suitable for the fine crushing operation with the feed
size less than 70mm and the finished product size below 3-15mm. For
example, pre-crushing cement clinker, limestone and composite
materials before mill in cement industry; fine crushing of iron ore
before dry separation in iron ore industry. Mining industry
crushing potassium sodium feldspar, quartz stone, building
materials industry crushing cobblestone sand or similar crushing
occasions with the above.

Energy-saving roller (mill) machine is relying on the two opposite
rotation of the solid roller relative to the medium-speed rotation,
the use of inertial dynamics produced by the principle of high
extrusion pressure (the general pressure is set to 150MPa), the
material through the fabric device, into the gap between the two
rollers (V-type crushing chamber), the extrusion, shear to make the
material mechanism changes, completely destroyed the internal
crystalline structure of the material, so that the material cake
and powder, and finally from the two rollers fall in the gap,
