Insulating Lightweight Chamotte Fireclay Fireproof Fire Clay Insulation Brick

The bulk density of commonly used lightweight clay insulation bricks is 0.5-1.30 g/cm³. Lightweight clay thermal insulation bricks have a wide range of uses. They are used in various industrial kilns for thermal insulation materials that do not touch the melt and have no corrosive gas effect. The general use temperature is 900-1000°C.

Lightweight clay thermal insulation bricks can be used as hot surface refractories or other refractory materials to support thermal insulation, ignition kilns, flues, refining devices, heating devices, regeneration devices, gas furnaces and pipes,soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, and reaction chambers And other thermal equipment.

Mainly used in thermal boilers, glass furnaces, cement furnaces, fertilizer gas furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces,coking furnaces, electric furnaces, bricks for casting and pouring steel, etc.
