The main problem encountered in the use of refractory ball is that the high aluminum refractory ball due to its high hardness, brittleness is also large, dry grinding easy to cause nodular stone cracking, the surface of the pebble potholes, resulting in very high abrasion phenomenon, can only be used to polish the pebble before leaving the factory, pick out the cracked or high abrasion pebble

The high efficiency heat storage bulb produced by our factory has a specific surface area of 240m2/m3.

Many small balls divide the airflow into small flows. When the airflow passes in the heat storage body, strong turbulence is formed, which effectively breaks through the boundary layer on the surface of the heat storage body. Moreover, due to the small ball diameter, small conduction radius, small thermal resistance, high density and good thermal conductivity, frequent and fast directional reversal of the heat storage burner can be realized.

The regenerator can change direction 20~30 times /h, and the flue gas can be reduced to about 130℃ after passing through the bed of the regenerator. The high temperature gas and air flowing through the regenerator can be preheated to about 100℃ lower than the flue gas temperature in the same path, and the temperature efficiency is over 90%.

Because the volume of the regenerator is very small and the circulation capacity of the pellet bed is strong, the heat transfer index will not be affected even if the resistance increases after ash accumulation. The regenerative bulb has the characteristics of strong oxidation resistance and slag resistance.

It is very convenient to replace and clean the regenerative ball and can be reused

After production, fire resistant high alumina balls are packed and shipped to customers. Most common packing are Big Bags of 1 metric ton, 1.2 or 1.3 metric tons. Or packed into 25kg woven plastic bags or 25kg paper bags, and 40 bags on a pallet.
Other fire-resistant high alumina balls sizes can be produced if required.
