DRYING SYSTEM

The blade geometry of the dryer has been optimized to deliver and exceptionally efficient drying and heating process with reduced energy consumption, improves heating efficiency by 30% than conventional design; Because of High heating efficiency, drum surface temperature is relatively low, so the cooling time after operation is considerably shorted.
Long service life
Body and material blade adopt boiler iron, cover stainless steel on surface, and adopt plastic material for friction driving roller, increase the service life.
Low heat lost
HONEYWELL temperature intelligent control system helps burning smoothly and covered heat insulation material reduces heating lost.
Low emission
Adopt high combustion efficiency Italian ENERGY/EBICO burner, low exhaust gas emission (low CO2, low NO1 & NO2, SO2), Users can select a more cost effective fuel according to latest market prices (diesel, heavy oil, bulk oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, coal).
