Fuel gas boiler maintenance
For maintenance of boiler rooms for more than two years,
professional maintenance measures should be taken.
1, Safety reasons: The boiler belongs to special equipment and is a highly mechatronic product. If the inspection and maintenance are not timely, the line will be aging; the oil circuit, oil pump and oil nozzle will be blocked and worn; the gas engine valve group will not seal well, leak and stay. Under security risks.
2, energy-saving reasons: regular use of instruments for gas testing, so that combustion is
sufficient and reasonable, to achieve energy-saving effects.
3, environmental reasons: the use of instrument testing, to promote emissions standards,
free of pollution
Fuel gas burner maintenance
Burner operating procedures
First, the inspection of the fuel machine before commissioning has
three aspects:
1. Check if the diesel is in place, the fuel line is clean and
unobstructed, and the valve is open.
2. Whether there is pipeline leakage or not, the pipeline
installation is reasonable.
3. Whether the oil returning oil pipeline is installed correctly,
the return oil pipe is not allowed to install the valve
Second, the internal inspection of the fuel machine
1. Whether the burner of the burner is installed and the ignition
electrode is adjusted.
2. Is the motor rotating in the correct direction?
3. Whether the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. The cold state simulation of the burner is carried out according
to the line condition, and it is observed whether the various
components of the equipment in operation are normal and whether the
flame detection protection part is normal.
Third, the debugging of the burner
1. Check if the external diesel is in place, the pipeline is
unobstructed, and the external power supply is in place.
2. Adjust the load of the burner to a small load, adjust the
ignition position to a small load, turn off the large load to
ignite and observe the flame condition, and adjust the servo motor
or damper according to the flame condition.
3. When adjusting the fire output of the burner, it is necessary to
adjust from a relatively small load to a large load according to
the load condition of the heat equipment, and adjust the servo
motor or the damper according to the situation.
4. Observe the flames for partial fire, insufficient flame
combustion, vibration and other phenomena.
5. After the adjustment, multiple ignitions should be performed to
see if the ignition is good.
Fourth, the site requirements:
1. Unrelated personnel who are involved in commissioning work are
required to leave the job site.
2. It is forbidden to work in any other way (such as electric
welding, gas cutting, etc.).
3. In order to ensure the personal safety of the commissioning
personnel, when the burner is ignited, it should be 1 meter away
from the side of the burner. When the flame is stable, the flame
can be observed at the sight glass and the next step of power
adjustment and other adjustments.
Fifth Precautions for commissioning and maintenance of fuel
oil
1. When the secondary combustion program of the fuel burner fails
continuously, it should be stopped to check whether the fuel supply
system of the burner is normal, whether the circuit connection is
correct, and the burner can be restarted after the fault is
cancelled.
2. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, weld, cut and other illegal
operations on site.
3. In the debugging work, it must be done seriously, safely and
efficiently.
4. It is forbidden to use non-explosion-proof electric power tools
on site.
5. Explain the safety operation precautions to the customer in
detail.
6. It is required to check if the oil circuit is open before
starting the machine.
7. It is recommended not to commission the fuel machine at night.
8. At the end of commissioning, the operator should be trained to
use the direction of operation and establish the flow of operations
if necessary.
