Energy saving chain grate SZL 10bar/13bar/16bar/25bar pressure biomass renewable steam boiler
Boiler design features:
1. The high temperature zone can be quickly formed to stably
maintain the combustion state of the biomass fuel. The flue gas
stays in the high temperature furnace for a long time. After
multiple times of filling, the combustion is sufficient, the fuel
utilization rate is high, and no black smoke is emitted.
2. Environmental indicators such as soot, carbon dioxide and sulfur
dioxide are superior to national emission standards and comply with
current international emission reduction policies. The
environmental protection department approves such boilers to be
used in environmentally friendly areas such as cities.
3. The boiler is continuously burned, the working condition is
stable, and it is not affected by the added fuel, which can ensure
the combustion efficiency.
4. The mechanical grate adopts uniform air distribution, which is
stable in combustion and easy to clean.
5. Biomass boilers are simple, convenient, and require no
complicated operating procedures. The boiler starts fast and burns
well. After three minutes of starting, there is no smoke in the
chimney outlet.
6. The use of new energy is conducive to alleviating energy
tensions; fuel adaptability is wide.
7. The combustion equipment produced by the company can be widely
used in the transformation of coal-fired boilers and the production
of newly-built biomass boilers, which has an excellent market
prospect.
Boiler normal operation operation process:
1. Boiler normal working operation
- When the boiler is running stably, the high pressure water supply
valve is opened and the water supply starts.
- The air preheater and the flue gas cooler start to work, the feed
water is cooled in the air preheater, and then heated by the flue
gas cooler to enter the economizer.
- The boiler is operated at no more than the design flow rate and
temperature. The turbine outlet pressure of the boiler is not more
than 9.2Mpa, and the minimum operating load of the boiler is 40% of
the design.
2. Monitoring of biomass fuel combustion
- Grate combustion must be monitored regularly so that the
combustion of the fuel in the grate and ash outlet area is fully
understood.
- If the fuel on the grate is too small, the ignition will be
unstable and the combustion of the fuel will be further hindered.
- If the fuel on the grate is too much, the combustion is not
complete, and the furnace is turbulently burned during the
vibration of the grate. At this point, low excess air or furnace
over pressure can increase the risk of boiler operation.
- When the vibration amplitude of the grate is too large, some fuel
will not be burned and will be discharged into the slag discharge
port, which reduces the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.
- If the amount of air in the upper and upper parts of the grate is
too large, the flame front on the grate will be too high. This way
the flame is mainly concentrated between the middle and the lower
part of the grate, and there is very little flame in the upper part
of the grate.
- If the oxygen content in the flue gas is too high, it indicates
that the fuel supply is too small or the vibration of the grate is
too large.
