Features
1. DZH boiler structure design is conducive to fuel combustion. The DZH chain grate coal-fired (biomass) boiler arch adopts the latest design, and the outlet position is designed as a sloping structure. The anteversion angle corresponds to the backward inclination angle, forming an inverted “α” flame, which is conducive to fuel combustion and fuel type adaptability.
2. Avoid bulging defects. The riser of the header on both sides of
the boiler is pulled toward the furnace, and the bottom of the drum
covered with the heat-insulating material forms the heating surface
of the top of the furnace. The novel furnace structure successfully
solves the problem of direct high-temperature flame radiation at
the bottom of the drum, avoiding the bottom of the boiler. The

3. Special design to effectively prevent grate leakage. The steam
boiler is designed with a push-pull gate ash cleaning device, and
the ram is made of a heat-resistant cast iron finishing sealing
structure, thereby effectively preventing secondary combustion
deformation and grate leakage.
4. Avoid cracks. The flue is designed on both sides of the boiler
body. This structure not only allows the flue gas to smoothly enter
the front smoke box, but also effectively reduces the temperature
of the pipe, and minimizes the crack of the body caused by the high
temperature of the boiler.
5.The water circulation is simple, the structure of the
pressure-bearing parts is reasonable, and it can be safely operated
under the condition of ensuring water quality. At the same time,
high-standard, high-quality auxiliary machines, accessories and
automatic control equipment are used to ensure safe and stable
operation of the boiler.
6. Water supply automatic control system. Automatic control of
water supply. The water pump is started and the water supply system
works normally. The water level difference sensor detects the water
level signal and keeps the water level of the drum stable, thus
maintaining normal steam generation. At the same time, the water
level adjustment meter can clearly display the boiler water level.
