Brief Introduction of Horizontal Coal Fired Steam Boiler

1. Our company produces horizontal coal-fired hot water boilers, which use a single-cylinder vertical structure.

2. A single-return threaded pipe is arranged in the drum, and the left and right sides of the furnace are provided with a water-cooled wall of the light pipe, and some of the rising pipes are pulled toward the hearth to form a furnace top.

3. The bottom of the drum is hung with refractory bricks, and does not receive high-temperature flame radiation.

4. There are two convective flue symmetry below the side, which completely solves the drawbacks of the tearing weld caused by the hot and cold shrinkage of the drum and the header.

Vertical boiler

1.The vertical coal-fired atmospheric boiler produced by the company is mainly composed of shell, furnace, furnace top, sealing ring and water pipe.

2. The combustion chamber is arranged in the furnace, and the fuel is burned on the fixed grate and naturally ventilated. The flue gas flushes the water pipe in the furnace and is discharged to the outside through the chimney.

3. In this coal-fired boiler, the furnace adopts a water-cooled elbow structure, which can increase the heating area, thereby effectively referring to thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.

4. The boiler shell adopts an elliptical head and the grate adopts a cast iron circular grate, which has the advantages of high reliability and long working time.
