SS304 Stainless Steel Honeycomb Core for Water Jet Cutting Machines for Textile are used to prepare meals water jet cutting machines for textile. These honeycomb structures are made of stainless steel sheet thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm. Corrugated sheet metal strips are between two gears with special tooth profile. Hexagonal cells for obtaining these strips are welded points between them.

Properties
Welded honeycomb core, no matter what material is, such as aluminum, stainless steel, steel, titanium etc, possesses better mechanical properties against regularly produced glued honeycomb core. So it performs significantly better again the common honeycomb bonded by adhesive on strength, modulus, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability etc.

Packing
Each welded stainless steel honeycomb core is carefully packed in protective material then into plywood or wooden crate for shipment.
