The ZX-TAG-3000 Internet type high voltage remote nuclear phase system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") consists of two parts: the Internet phasing base station (hereinafter referred to as the "base station") and the Internet phasing handheld machine (hereinafter referred to as the "handheld machine").
The system through the base station unified coverage area of the phasing standard, in the phasing process, the handheld phone only once collection, can determine the collected line belongs to A, B, C phase of the phase, to solve the current transmission/distribution line color labeling confusion.
The base station is installed at the 220V/380V power supply, the phase signal is collected, and the phase signal is calibrated to the specified 10kV line, and the three-phase A, B, and C of the line are defined as the reference phase signal. The base station sends the reference phase value to the handheld computer through the mobile Internet, and the handheld computer compares the phase value measured by itself with the reference phase value to quickly and accurately identify the corresponding phase difference.
Features
1. The base station continuously collects the signal at a fixed location, and uses the signal as the reference phase signal for phasing, and then sends the reference phase signal to the handheld phone through the network server, so that the handheld phone has a unified reference color code for each phase determination.
2. A set of base stations can match multiple (up to 200) handheld machines for phasing work at the same time.
3. If no mobile phone is currently in the phasing state, the base station will automatically enter the sleep mode to save network traffic and costs.
4. The base station can choose the 2G/3G/4G mobile network of three communication operators (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom).
5. The base station has the phase Angle difference calibration function, which can calibrate the current 380V three-phase phase signal to different voltage levels, generally calibrating to 10kV.
6. Base station and mobile phone can automatically switch PPS mode and timing mode according to the strength of GPS signal.
7. After the installation of the base station is completed, the phasing can be carried out after one or more handheld machines are configured. All data exchange during the phasing process is automatically completed by the system to avoid manual errors.
8. The calibration value of the base station is not lost when it is turned off, and the GPS and 4G signals can be automatically connected after the power is turned on, and the operation can be resumed.
9. If no mobile phone is currently in the phasing state, the base station will automatically enter the sleep mode to save network traffic and costs.
10. When the mobile phone has no mobile network signal, it can first store the phase value data, and then complete the data exchange with the base station where there is a network signal, and then complete the phasing work.
11. The data exchange of all phasing processes is automatically completed by the system to avoid manual errors.
12. The machine automatically shuts down after 1 hour without operation.
13. The transmitter, collector and handheld are equipped with 3.7V rechargeable lithium batteries, which are charged by the configured 5V1A charger.
14. The handheld has voice broadcast function, which can voice prompt measurement results and operation steps; When phasing, it can clearly broadcast phase A or B or C.
15. The transmitter can work in the voltage range of 1V ~ 220kV, please ground the charging hole of the transmitter when testing the low-voltage line, and configure a longer insulating rod when the voltage is higher than 220kV.
16. When the transmitter touches the high-voltage cable, the built-in buzzer rings, and the two indicators at the bottom blink alternately.
17. The result judgment (in-phase, out-of-phase) adopts class A standard, phase difference ≥30° is out-of-phase, phase difference < 30° is in phase.
