Variable Inductance Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Set , Hydraulic Type HV Test Set With Resonance , CVT Testing

 

I. Application :


CHX-(LYY) Hydraulic Automatic Elevating Series Resonance Test Devices mainly applies to AC voltage withstand and partial discharge detecting of high voltage electrical apparatus no more than 800KV. Especially suitable for field calibration test for different level of CVT and AC voltage withstand test for different level of HV.GIS and GIL.

 

Fanke successfully developed AC voltage withstand and PD detection device through combination of series resonance circuit theory and altering traditional test reactor structure from technical feature of materialogy,electromagnetic property,auto machinery and hydraulic transmission,which makes field testing much more suitable and efficient
 

II. Scope of Application


Used for power frequency PD-free high voltage power source for field calibration test of CVT angular difference and ratio error.
Used for AC voltage withstand test and PD test of HV.GIS, HV.GIL,HV.switch, mutual inductor, and bushing with voltage no more than 800KV

 

 

III. Main Components:

  • Unibody-type excitation transformer and test reactor with Hydraulic Type platform  
  • Measurement and Control console 
  • Electric voltage regulator cabinet
  • Standard voltage divider with coupling

1.Multit tapped design for both reactors able to meet power frequency high voltage output needed by field calibration for CVT below 50Hz.
2.Matching up with variable-frequency power source to complete AC voltage withstand test for electrical equipment such as GIS, breaker,
   mutual inductor, insulator ranges of 110KV---500KV.


 

V. Main feature
  • Quickly recycling or standing the HV generating part(test reactors&excitation transformer) through electro-hydraulic equipment and no need to use the lifting machine, Reduce the labor intensity and improve the test efficiency; easily avoid the transportation height of test equipment;
  • Integrated inner design for PD free high voltage test reactor and excitation transformer to save the layout space of testing field;
  • Adopts Silicone umbrella skirt for insulation materials of the shell of the HV generating part , reduces the height and optimizes volume&weight
  • of the part;
  • Special container foundation used to easily realize vehicle-mounted transportation ;Adopts Electro-hydraulic equipment with large thrust and lifting gently out of nimbleness and no swinging ;
  • The system can be provided with a particular test vehicle together(optional)
