I. Technical Description
The main control board is DSP + FPGA architecture, 16 bit DAC
output, generates high - density sine wave 2000 points each circle
to fundamental wave, which greatly improve the wave quality and the
accuracy of the test instrument.
Classic Windows XP operating interface, friendly man-machine
interface, easy and fast to operate; High-performance embedded
industrial control computer and 8.4 inch resolution of 800 × 600
TFT true color display which provides rich visual information,
includes the current working condition and all kinds of help
information.
The software with self-calibrating function, which avoid to
calibrate accuracy by adjusting relays after open the case, greatly
improve the stability of the accuracy.
II. Function and features
- Classic Windows user interface, friendly interface, easy operation;
- Built-in PC104 series of high performance industrial computer and
8.4 "large screen high-resolution color TFT LCD display. It can
provide a rich visual information, including working conditions of
the equipment, the next step tips and all kinds of help
information;
- Equipped with ultra-thin 101 standard keyboard and optical mouse,
you can operate it the same way as an common PC;
- Equipped with an external USB interface for easy data access and
software maintenance;
- Complete all projects without other external devices with automatic
display and record of test data, and completion of drawing of
vector and characteristic curves;
- The wave is with high precision and good linearity by
high-performance 16-bit D / A converter; besides, it has a good
transient response and amplitude-frequency characteristics. In the
entire measurement range, it can guarantee precision waveform.
- Unique algorithm makes the waveform accurate and guarantees that
the signal is the pure sine wave.
- Direct output AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, DC current,
variable phase, and variable frequency;
- Except traditional Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ib, Ic, there is also a fourth
output voltages Ux. Ux can be used for a variety of functions, such
as for the output of various 3U0, the voltage of output line during
line protection tests and so on;
- 110V / 220V auxiliary adjustable DC power supply, maximum output
current up to 1A, voltage can be adjusted within 80% to 100%, and
can be used as DC operating power supply of device and circuit and
80% of test voltage;
- It is with 8 inputs and 4 open into the air out of the amount of
output contacts. The input interface can automatically adapt to
both the passive (air contact) and the active, and can
automatically adapt to the active input of the polarity. It can
work normally within the input voltage range of ±250V.
- GPS synchronization trigger error is less than 50μS;
- It can complete the complex verification, scan and test all kinds
of protective value, and playback faults. It also can do real-time
data-saving, vector display, reports printing, etc. ;
- Well-designed chassis structure, small size, good heat dissipation.
With comprehensive and reliable protection, fault diagnosis and
automatic locking function;
