Capacitor Bank
High-voltage shunt capacitors are used to
compensate for reactive power in the AC power system of 1000 V
above voltage, frequency 50Hz or 60Hz,improve power factor, reduce
line loss and saving energy,improve the quality of the power
supply. The product performance conforms to GB/T 11024-2001, the
standard requirement of the series standard for the use of parallel
capacitor for AC power system with AC power system of 1kV above
voltage.(GB/T 11024—2001 same as IEC 60871—1997).

3. Main features of High Voltage Shunt Power Capacitor

- 3.1 Casing: Cold-pressed, anti-fouling type casing is adopted, and
the creepage distance is not less than 31mm/kV.
- 3.2 Mature internal fuse technology.
- 3.2.1 After testing, the internal fuse can isolate the faulty
component within 0.2ms, the release energy of the fault point is
not more than 0.3kJ, and the remaining intact components are not
affected.
- 3.2.2 Advanced concealed internal fuse structure, using oil gap arc
extinguishing, reducing the possibility of blasting the capacitor
case.
- 3.2.3 The internal fuse protection and relay protection have
perfect coordination standards to ensure the safe and reliable
operation of the entire device.
- 3.3 Liquid medium: 100% insulation oil (NO PCB) is used. This
liquid has excellent low temperature performance and partial
discharge performance.
- 3.4 The main insulation adopts a composite insulation structure,
which not only guarantees excellent electrical performance, but
also has a certain degree of mechanical strength, which ensures
that the insulation of the capacitor complete set of devices is
100% reliable without protection.
