WHAT IS INDUCTION HEATING:

The basic principle of industrial induction heating is to match the corresponding electromagnetic field in the area to be heated in a targeted manner. Frequency conversion electromagnetic induction heating or induction heating for short, the power supply is mainly composed of four parts: rectifier unit, inverter unit, resonance output unit, and inductor. Among them, the rectifier unit converts the power frequency three-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage; the inverter unit converts the electric energy into a high-frequency electric energy of several thousand to hundreds of kilohertz; one end of the resonant output unit is connected to the inverter, and the other end is connected to the inductor. Impedance matching generates strong high-frequency current in the inductor through resonance. When heating, the inductor induces a high-frequency current in the workpiece, so the conductor is quickly heated to achieve the purpose of heating the metal, thereby eliminating the hazards and interference of the open flame during the heating process. It is an environmentally friendly heating solution recommended by the state.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE INDUCTION HEATING MACHINE:

1. Fast heating: the minimum rate of heating is less than 1 second (rate of heating is available for adjustment and control).
