Attentioon Tips :

1. Is it hard for you to clean the trash at the bottom of fish tank and the water get dirty ?

It is not beneficial for water filtration if the fish tank water isn’t running. Most of fishes enjoy the dynamic water environment. Our wave maker can promote circulating ability of fish tank water and move the trash at the bottom of fish tank away. And it is helpful for filter to finish water filtration easily.

2. Why dose the wavemaker pump very noisy?

Please pay attention to 3 points about this issue. First, please confirm whether the wave pump is completely immersed in the water. Secondly, please confirm whether the voltage is 110V/60Hz. If it is 50Hz, it will also cause the wave pump to be noisy. Thirdly, please disassemble the pump. Wave pump inspection, whether there is anything stuck near the propeller.

3.Why does the wavemaker pump not work after a period of time?what should we do?

First of all, we must first rule out whether it is burnt out, if not, please disassemble the pump body, is there something stuck,If the problem cannot be eliminated, please ask for help.
