Packaging:

wooden crates, and necessary sealing tape need to be prepared.
b. Panel Preparation: Sort and organize the produced acoustic wood
strip panels according to specifications and quantities, and clean
the surfaces to ensure there are no debris or dirt.
c. Protective Packaging: Place the wood strip panels into
appropriately sized packaging boxes or wooden crates, and
optionally place a layer of foam plastic or foam padding at the
bottom of the boxes or crates as a cushioning layer if necessary.
d. Securing and Filling: After placing the wood strip panels, use
foam padding to fill the gaps in the boxes or crates to ensure the
panels do not move or collide during transportation.
e. Sealing and Labeling: Seal the packaging boxes or wooden crates
and affix labels on the outside, indicating product name, quantity,
production date, etc., for easy identification and management.
Transportation:
a. Loading: After preparing the packaged acoustic wood strip
panels, carefully load them onto transportation vehicles. During
loading, ensure the panels are securely placed and not crushed or
damaged.
b. Transportation Selection: Depending on the transportation
distance and customer requirements, choose the appropriate
transportation method, which could be land, sea, or air freight.
c. Regular Inspection: During transportation, regularly inspect the
packaging of the wood strip panels for any damage or abnormalities,
and take timely measures to repair or adjust if necessary.
