to achieve thickness adjustment;
3) Feeding with trough;2. Slot die coating method
1) Coating valve cooperating with die gasket, user can achieve
continuous coating,intermittent
coating, Strip coating, grip coating, etc;
2) Metering pump feeding, slurry closed operation, user can adjust
the feeding amount according to the coating speed;
3) Slot die coating with high coating precision and good coating
consistency;
3 .System control
1) The system uses EtherCAT bus control;
2) Substrate closed-loop tension control;
3) Equipped with infrared, unwinding correction, winding
correction, and high correction precision;
4) Baking method, hot air oven, hot air circulation, air blowing
up, user can get good dry effect;
