WDR series electric heating steam boiler is a horizontal electric heating steam boiler, which is mainly composed of front and rear tube plates, barrel and electric heating tube. The electric heating tube is heated inside the drum and works according to the heat transfer principle of water. It has the function of high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection. Equipped with safety accessories such as safety valve, water level control meter, water level alarm, pressure gauge, when the boiler pressure and temperature exceed the limit value, cut off the power supply of the electric heating element, send an alarm signal, and should be restarted after manual reset.

connection, independent setting, with simple structure, high
mechanical strength, safe and reliable, easy to replace, its
surface load is low, long service life.
2, the boiler starts and stops fast, the operating load adjustment
range is large, the adjustment speed is fast, and the operation is
simple.
3. The heating element automatically adjusts the number of input
groups of the heating tube according to the change of temperature
difference and load, and can automatically convert the input order,
not only saving energy, but also balancing the running time of each
group of heating tubes, so as to uniform the life of the heating
tube.
4, the heating element can be manually put in or stopped,
convenient for users to flexibly adjust the boiler heat.
1, power abnormal protection function: boiler immediately stop
operation.
2, leakage protection function: the control system detects leakage
of electric heating elements, will automatically cut off the power
supply.
3, water shortage protection: when the boiler is short of water,
the heating pipe control circuit is cut off in time to prevent the
heating pipe from dry burning damage, and the controller issues a
water shortage alarm indication.
4, power abnormal protection function: boiler immediately stop
operation.
