The boiler drum of WNS series steam boiler is equipped with a water separation device and a water supply device, and the lower part is equipped with a periodic blowdown device. In the burner ignition program control, ventilation purge before ignition, the total ventilation volume should be not less than three times the total volume from the furnace to the flue, and the ventilation time should last at least 20 seconds, and the unit ventilation volume should maintain the total combustion air volume under rated load. After the fuel is mixed with the air in the burner, it is ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and is sprayed into the furnace bile for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas enters the second flue pipe from the furnace bile, and finally exhausts to the atmosphere from the rear flue box through the condenser and then the chimney.
1, the safe precipitation time is enough
The low arrangement of the combustion chamber of the boiler, the
determination of the water level conforms to the national
regulations, and the water level fluctuation time requirements of
the international general standards are strictly followed, and
there is sufficient safe precipitation space to ensure the safe
operation of the boiler.
2, multi-functional safety explosion-proof device
An explosion-proof device connected with the furnace is arranged on
the back panel of the boiler to prevent the fuel from violent
deexplosion in the furnace, release the high energy generated
instantaneously, and can automatically reset, and has the function
of fire viewing mirror and inspection channel, using the adjustment
of the combustion flame in operation, the furnace inspection and
maintenance is convenient.
3, easy maintenance in the pot
The top of the boiler is provided with a manhole, and the middle
and lower parts of the front and back ends of the boiler are
provided with a unique hand hole device, which is convenient for
the inspection and cleaning of the device in the pot and the bottom
of the boiler.
