PRODUCT DISPLAY
The control part of the hot water heater adopts the microcomputer
control technology to control the ignition, combustion, heating
water temperature and the start and stop of the water pump.
Temperature control: water temperature detection probe, that is,
the thermistor in the temperature control circuit, the hot water
heater will detect the temperature signal transmitted to the
controller, the controller completes the temperature control.
The hot water heater works by adjusting the knob on the controller
to set the temperature, ranging from 25°C to 80°C. Water is then
injected into the system until the collector, inlet branch, outlet
branch and heat exchanger are filled with water and the water
pressure is maintained at about 1kg. Open the isolating water valve
and isolating air valve, turn on the power and start the water
pump. After the pump runs, water flow sensing device 5 action, high
voltage pulse igniter linkage. 
Heating hot water furnace works as any heating water, and at any
time the water is hot water? The pulse ignition needle sends out an
ignition pulse. The heat exchanger is heated so that the water
coming out of heat exchanger 4 changes from cold water to hot
water. When the water temperature is detected to reach the set
temperature, first stop the bottom 1# heating unit, at the same
time 2# heating unit start delay. If the temperature does not drop
during the delay time, the 2# heating unit will burn gas after a
sufficient delay time of 20 seconds. The valve closes, the flame
goes out, the heating stops, and the unit is restarted if the
temperature drops within the delay time. The unit of heating hot
water furnace has the same working procedure as the unit.
