Description:
The use of continuous wire feeding can increase productivity, but the coating has caused problems. However, this problem has been solved by using flux-cored wire and submerged arc welding. Coating is placed inside the wire or loosely on the welded surface.
The arc burns between the melted electrode and the work piece, and when the coating begins to melt, it produces protective gases and slag, which protect the molten pool. These welding slag should be removed after each welding, often automatic release.

If the parts need to be repaired (artificial damages and easy-broken part are not included ), customer need to send back first and wait after repairing, If the parts is easy-broken, we will send the replaceable part to customer in next order.
