Hot dip (or hot) galvanizing is the technology to dip the pretreated original plate of carbon steel into meltedliquefied zinc to obtain a protective zinc coating.
Hot dip aluminum zinc silicon steel plate -Galvalume(Referred to GL steel plate), is steel plate to hot-dip coat aluminum (Al 55%),zinc (Zn 43.5%), silicon (Si 1.5%) alloy on the surface of the steel plate. Itis a steel matrix composite, has excellent corrosion resistance. Hot aluminumzinc alloy steel plate performs outstanding in atmospheric corrosion resistance,thermal oxidation resistance of the aluminized steel plate and electrochemicalprotection of the galvanized steel plate.
We provide two kinds of technologiesof hot dip galvanizing (galvalume) lines: "United States Steel Corp"and independently researched and developed “JJRS-Sendzimir” .

The hot - dip (aluminum) galvanizing line is a set of equipments
that plating a layer of zinc or aluminum alloy on the strip while
in high temperature. The production line was composed of uncoiler,
welder, storage tank, degreasing section equipments, continuous
annealing furnace, zinc pot, air knife, skin pass, tension leveler,
oiler, shear, recoiler and other equipments. Equipped with steel chemical cleaning or high efficiency
electrolytic cleaning section, optional cleaning mode combining
horizontal spray with vertical immersion spray, and unique
electrolytic cleaning and ejecting mixing technology, which achieve
higher current efficiency and avoid secondary oil pollution of
plate out of slot , liquid surface directive overflow to ensure
that the electrolyte surface rarely burst air bubble, and high
safety of system service.
