Overview
It is a controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing furnace system. It
is mainly used for continous brazing the workpieces of aluminum water tank, oil cooler, medium cooler, warm air,
pipe-belt-type condenser, evaporater, parallel-flow
condenser,laminated evaporator, power plant air cooler under the protection of nitrogen.
Hard brazing
Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high
joint strength,The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some
kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are
many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder
based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum
base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products.Silver base
copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron
parts.

temperature control instrument, make furnace temperature control
accuracy ≤± 0.2 °C, the product temperture difference in the brazing zone is ≤3°C;
Strong heating ability of the dry oven and the quick circulating wind inside the furnace ensure that the workpieces inside the furnace
have no moisture to damage the workpiece quality;
