1. The capacity of fresh fruit can be customized from 60 Tons/ Day to 1500 Tons/Day.

2. Besides aseptic bag filling, we can also provide metal can, small sachet, stand-up pouch, glass jar, PET/PP container, etc.

3. The operation is simple and humanized. All feeding and maintenance areas are designed with feeding and maintenance platforms, to ensure the security of the operators. 

4. All the materials are food standard, the main material is SUS304 or SUS316, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.

5. The Brix of final tomato paste can be designed as the customer’s requirement.

6. Key points of the production line adopt international first brand. (Steam valve adopts Spirax Sarco, Siemens PLC etc.)

Key process of the mango processing line

 

Now Shanghai Gofun machinery company will introduce the information of mango pulp puree or mango paste concentrate processing line to show it works.

 

1. Discharge platform

When fresh mango comes, normally with big trucks, if discharge by labor, it would be very difficult. So, we design the discharge platform and use water gun to discharge fresh mango from truck, also use water to deliver fresh mango to the processing line. There is another function of the discharge platform, it can pre-wash fresh mango before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

 

3. Washing

Before crushing, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing, we can use the bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added.For a better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Destoning

The destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. 

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step.

7. Pulper and refiner

This machine is also running with the speed of 1470 r/min, it causes the centrifugal force and the product will go through screen, which helps to refine the product. The double stage pulping machine for tomato pulp yield rate can reach 60%~75%.And normally we use double stage of pulper and refiner, the screen of each stage is different, for the first stage the screen would be bigger, and for the second stage the screen would be smaller.  After pulping, tomato peel and seeds will be separated from tomato pulp. The machine works with high capacity and stable performance; Suitable for many different kinds of fruits that are including the passion fruit, tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple and etc.;Easy to be operated and change sieves;

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

 

9. Sterilizing

The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, we will heat the tomato paste to a very high temperature around 115℃ holding for 30s and then cooling to ambient temperature immediately. 

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works together with the tube in tube type sterilizer. CIP and auto SIP available together with sterilizer. Easy to adjust to match the different volumes and sizes of aseptic bags.And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to make sure the filling environment is also aseptic.

11. Storage or go blending

The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.

 

12. Mixing and blending

The mixing and blending system is used for the mixing of the tomato paste or fruit pulp with water, sugar, cinder according to their formula. The mango or fruit concentrate in the aseptic bag in drum can be taken out during the dry season for repacking to ensure continuous production.
