The tomato processing line typically consists of several key
stages, which include the intake of fresh tomatoes, a cleaning
process, sorting of the tomatoes, crushing them, refining and
pulping the mixture, filtration to remove any impurities,
concentration of the mixture, sterilization, and a final aseptic
filling process. Once this process is complete, the end result is a
high-quality ketchup product, which is packaged into sterile bags
that are then placed into buckets for distribution.
The ketchup has been packaged into aseptic barrel bags, it can then
be further processed into different products, such as ketchup sauce
and juice. These products can be packaged in a variety of different
formats, including bags, square bottom bags, cans, PP containers,
bottles, and gable caps. This allows for the product to be
distributed and sold in different markets and to meet the varying
needs of customers.
