Brief introduction of single machines of pizza rolls/shell crispy production line:
1. Flour mixer: to mix various flour evenly.
2.Screw conveyor: to convey raw material to the extruder
3.Twin screw extruder: to puff and cook raw material into different shapes .
4.Vibrating cooler : to spread food avoid stick.
5.Frying machine: to fry snacsk pellet to ready-eat snacks food. (there are also other various kinds fryer can be choose)
6.De-oilling machine: to filt and de-oil the oil of fried snacks food

adopts WHEAT flour as raw materials.

This line can be used to produce PIZZA shell, BUGLE, by adjusting the moulds from extruder.

150kg/h, 260kg/h for corn flakes; 150kg/h, 260kg/h and 500kg/h for breakfast cereal.

12.Testing & training
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be free at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, accommodation, and US$50/day per person for the pocket money to our technicians.
